This Privacy Policy explains how EURO STATS CENTER s.r.o., registered office Harmonická 1384/13, Stodůlky, 158 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO): 03034020, as the controller of personal data ("Operator", "we"), processes the personal data of users of 1iqtest.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. What data we process

• E-mail address — to deliver the result and for related communication.
• Date of birth / age — to calculate an age-adjusted result.
• Test answers and the calculated result.
• Technical data: IP address, approximate country (geolocation), browser language and time of visit.
• Payment metadata from our payment provider (transaction ID, status, amount). We do not receive or store full card numbers.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service and delivering the paid result — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Security, fraud prevention and aggregated anonymous statistics — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Cookies and measurement tools — your consent where required (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We may produce and share statistical analyses of results, but only in aggregated, anonymized form that cannot be linked to any individual.

3. Recipients and processors

We use carefully selected processors: the payment provider (Stripe), our hosting provider, and an e-mail delivery service, and measurement tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads). Some processors may transfer data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

4. Retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, to meet legal (e.g. accounting) obligations and to defend legal claims, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
