Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between EURO STATS CENTER s.r.o., registered office Harmonická 1384/13, Stodůlky, 158 00 Praha 5, Česká republika, Company ID (IČO): 03034020, as the operator ("Operator") of the website 1iqtest.com and its local 1iqtest domains, and the user of the website ("User"), i.e. the natural person using the website. All relations between the Operator and the User are governed by and concluded in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

1. Definitions

These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties using 1iqtest.com (the Operator and Users). The current version is always published at 1iqtest.com. The Operator may amend these Terms; any amendment takes effect on the day it is published on the website.

2. The service

The Operator provides an online cognitive (IQ) test. After completing the test, the User may obtain a detailed result — an estimated IQ score and a percentile ranking — upon payment of the one-time fee described below.

3. Rights and obligations of the Operator

• The Operator may contact the User in connection with the test at the e-mail address provided by the User, who expressly agrees to this.
• The Operator may agree individual terms with any User.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw or refuse access to any User.
• The Operator is responsible for the proper operation of the test but is not liable for the User's ability to pay or for third-party services (payment provider, connectivity).

4. Rights and obligations of the User

• The User may contact the Operator using the contact details in these Terms.
• The User may end participation in the test at any time without giving a reason.
• The User undertakes to comply with the valid Terms.
• After paying the fee, the User is entitled to access the result. If the result is not made available due to a fault on the Operator's side, the User is entitled to a remedy or a refund. The Operator accepts no liability for damage arising from the User's failure to follow instructions.

5. Price and payment

The result is provided for a one-time fee shown to the User before payment (e.g. 4.99 EUR; the exact amount and currency may vary by country). Payment is made securely by card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, through the payment provider Stripe. The Operator does not store full card details. After successful payment the result is displayed immediately and a secure link to the result is also sent to the User's e-mail.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

The result is digital content supplied immediately after payment. By proceeding with payment the User requests immediate delivery and acknowledges that, in accordance with Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code and Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun. If the paid result is not delivered due to a fault on the Operator's side, the User is entitled to a refund; requests can be sent to the contact e-mail below.

7. Liability

Each party is responsible for matters it can influence, in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. The test result is an estimate for informational and entertainment purposes and is not a professional psychological or medical assessment.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Final provisions

These Terms are effective from the date of publication. The Operator reserves the right to amend them.
