Commercial Terms and Conditions
These commercial terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "CTC") govern the relations between the company EURO STATS CENTER s.r.o. , with registered office at Harmonická 1384/13, Stodůlky, 158 00 Praha , ID number: 03034020, incorporated in the Companies Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, as the Provider of 1iqtest.com (and local 1iqtest domains) and the User of 1iqtest.com (and local 1iqtest.com domains), i.e. a natural person using the domain.
All relations between the Provider and the User are governed and concluded in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic.
1. Explanation of basic concepts.
CTC = terms defining the rights and obligations of the subjects participating in 1iqtest.com (Provider and Users). An updated version of CTC is located on URL: http://1iqtest.com The Provider reserves the right to modify the CTC and the change shall be effective from the date of publication on the website listed above.
2. The rights and obligations of the Provider
The Provider is entitled to contact the User about the test at any time at the e-mail address registered by the User and the User gives his expressed consent to it.
The Provider is entitled to agree individual terms with any User.
The Provider reserves the right to withdraw or deny access to any User without giving any reason.
3. The rights and obligations of the User
The User is entitled to contact the Provider using the contact details provided in the CTC.
The User is entitled to terminate his participation in the test without giving any reason.
The User agrees and is therefore bound to comply with the applicable CTC.
After paying the fee for the result shown below the User has right to check the test results, and if he has been denied access to the results, he is entitled to contact the Provider and to seek remedy. If the User has been denied access to the results because of a mistake on the part of the Provider the compensation belongs to the User. In the event of non-compliance with the instruction and of any possible damage the Provider denies any responsibility.
3. Liability
The subjects participating in the test, Provider and User, are responsible for matters they can affect by their actions in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic.
The Provider is responsible for compliance with the CTC, but he is not responsible for the solvency of the User.
The User agrees to comply with the CTC and is responsible for it.
4. System of obtaining results, price
The Provider is responsible for conducting the test; in order to get the test results the Provider explicitly draws the User's attention to the fact that it is necessary to send an SMS message - the price for sending SMS inclusive VAT and can be seen after test. For sending this message, the User is strongly recommended to familiarize with the commercial terms and conditions of the mobile telephony provider, company FORTUMO OÜ, for which the Provider is not responsible.
5. Privacy Policy
No personal data is stored, therefore the Provider acts in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic, in particular with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection, as amended. The Provider reserves the right to perform and process statistical summaries that cannot be connected with any specific person. The Provider reserves the right to carry out an analysis of gradually obtained results and to give the analysis to a third party alternatively, but solely in the form of statistical data that cannot be in any way connected with any particular person, therefore with any User.
